FILTER DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS


Gasses or air under pressure or vacuum enters into the system from the lower part of the filter body. Due to the flow direction is towards the filter bag, it leaves it on the outer surface of the air (gas) bag. The clean air passing from the filter cage, then passes through venture part and then reach to the clean part of the filter and exits from the system by the help of the exhaust system.

During dust collection process, dust is collected on the empty surface of the filter component and the porosity of the filter component deteriorates.  The differential pressure is decreased and kept in the allowable limits by controlling pressure difference in clean and dirty gas departments of the filter and monitoring this pressure difference. Solenoid valves take energy with the short term signals from the electronic timer circuit and are sent to the blowing pipes with the help of high pressure stroke valves.

Pressurized air is distributed from pores on the blowing pipes into the venturis with high speed in spray forms. While the high speed, spraying air is passing through venture and creating a second air flow in several times great volume, the air in high speed and spray form is pumped with clean air to the bag. Under the effect of these two air flow, a short term and sudden pressure increase occur in the clean air department of the filter cylinder. Because small amounts of air enters the cleaning process in very short time periods, continuous flow of the air flow rate which is calculated from filter group is provided. Because a specific dust layer occurs on the bag, the production of jet-pulse bag filters makes the filtration level into 99%.
